Happy St. Patrick's day! While I am not Irish, well, at least not that I know of, I can still celebrate the holiday. To be honest it's entirely unavoidable in New York but I ain't hatin'. Who couldn't use a little bit of leprechaun luck? 

I mean for reals, carrot cake does not get enough credit. It is a quintessential fall dessert with its rustic coloring, crunch of pecans, chewy raisins, savory carrot, and perfectly spiced taste. Don't even get me started on that cream cheese frosting.

With one bite of gooey marshmallow, crunchy graham cracker, and rich chocolate I am transported back to a time where sticky fingers, smoky sweatshirts, spooky ghost stories, and the smell of bug spray made me feel like the happiest girl in the world.

Firstly, I have to confess that "coconut" may be a little misleading of a description but I had to cue you in to the fact that these delightful little nuggets are [insert drum roll here] DAIRY-FREE. That's right. You heard me. Who knew it was possible?! 

Lavender and honey got hot and steamy in a pot a cooled into a delicious cream that dreams are made of. Dream. Freaking. Cream. If ice cream could be romantic this flavor is the romantic-est.

I'm a nut. A nut who loves candied nuts. This post is getting weird... I guess this is what happens when you put off writing for awhile and you give yourself brain freeze.

Earl Grey Ice Cream with Lemon Shortbread Cookies. I mean, these are like the sophisticated ice cream sandwiches of European duchesses, right? Can't you just picture the cast of Downton Abbey or the Queen of England munching on one of these? This is an ice cream sandwich for the bougie...

I scream. You scream. We all scream for ice cream... However, please stop screaming. I'll make you ice cream! I promise. 

These brownies are the answer to all my oozing chocolatey desires. I'm not kidding around here. They are my everything. And, oh, that ice cream!

This is the fluffy, white, vanilla cake of my dreams, y'all. It's got light delicate texture but enough flavor to pack a punch and density to stand up to layers of yummy fillings.
